This hotel offers excellent value for money, providing a great deal with a 2-course evening meal and unlimited breakfast for just £24.99. The location is also a major plus, as it is conveniently situated right beside a train station with direct access to London. The staff deserves special mention for their attentive service and attention to detail. Furthermore, the rooms on the 2nd floor have interesting views, and the breakfast includes a variety of items on the hot buffet.
All in all, I had a very pleasant stay and cannot think of anything that could be improved upon.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient as it is right next to Tolworth station, making it easy to access London and other areas. the hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, with a good restaurant on, site. the meal deal offered by the restaurant is reasonably priced, with a three, course meal and a drink for £17. the hotel also offers affordable rates, with a family room for four people costing only £40. the hotel provides a pleasant and cost, effective experience for travelers.
The recommended taxi service from the hotel turned out to be a rip, off, charging an outrageous fee for a short journey. This highlights the importance for the hotel to thoroughly vet their recommended suppliers to ensure they are not taking advantage of guests.

I had such a great stay at this hotel with my family. The staff were so helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs, even sourcing extra mugs and coffee for us. The room was comfortable and clean, and we had no trouble adjusting the temperature to our liking. It was also a bonus that the hotel is conveniently located right beside a train station, with direct access to London. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the lovely lady chef. this hotel provided great value for money and I will definitely be returning.

The location, being close to the train station and easy to find, was convenient for exploring the outskirts of London. The room was clean and new with a hair drying station, plus the hotel had good Wi-Fi.
The hotel lacked staff and the service was slow. We waited forever to get a drink from the restaurant and bar that only had two workers.
